As an update to a prior news article, the attorneys of Freeland Shull in Oxford, Mississippi are pleased to announce that by an order dated December 4, 2009, the Full Commission of the Mississippi Worker's Compensation Commission has affirmed, unanimously, the administrative judge's decision that the claimant's two hernia claims were not compensable.
